Tim Hill

Tim Hill is the President of Syn-Mar Products and a second-generation leader who took over the business from his father in the late 1990s. He has played a central role in building the company into what it is today, guiding it through growth while staying true to its core values.

Today, Tim remains actively involved in the business, providing guidance, experience, and strategic insight. As the company continues to evolve, he is focused on supporting long-term direction while working alongside the next generation of leadership.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys skiing in the winter and boating in the summer.
