Derek Hill

Derek Hill is the Vice President of Syn-Mar Products, where he focuses on operations, sales strategy, and the company’s continued growth. He works across all major areas of the business, helping align day-to-day execution with long-term direction.

As a third-generation member of the business, Derek has spent over a decade working in all aspects of the company. As Tim transitions into a more strategic role, Derek is increasingly focused on leading the business forward while continuing to build on the foundation that’s been established.

Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, skiing, and traveling.
